Christian, who grew up right here in McKinney, is a vital part of our culinary team. When he’s not busy ensuring our kitchen runs like a well-oiled machine, he’s indulging in his passion for music—his favorite hobby and creative outlet.
More Than Meets the Eye
You might be surprised to learn that there’s more to Christian than meets the eye! A fun fact he shared is that he’s actually a triplet! .
Working in the fast-paced environment of our kitchen requires immense skill, and Christian wishes people understood just how much teamwork and attention to detail it takes to keep things running smoothly. It’s a complex dance of precision that directly impacts the quality of life we provide for our residents.
For those just beginning their career in the culinary field, Christian offers wise advice: “Don’t be afraid to make mistakes and ask questions.” This growth mindset is something we value deeply at Tribute Senior Living.
A Family Affair
Christian is a true family man. He comes from a close-knit family, including his mom (who works at their church), his dad (who works for the Bank of New York), two siblings who work at Outback Steakhouse, and a brother who is also on the team here at Tribute Senior Living!
In fact, his favorite thing about his job is getting to work with his brother—a touching sentiment that speaks volumes about our family-like atmosphere. His favorite memory from his time here? The first few weeks, a period of learning and bonding that clearly made a lasting positive impression.
As for his favorite indulgence? A perfectly cooked steak!
