Mike is a dedicated chef with an impressive culinary journey. With an incredible career spanning 29 years, Mike’s dedication to cooking and love for working with seniors make him an invaluable asset to the community.

Born in Italy and raised in Jordan, Mike has served as a chef at TMC Hospital in Sherman and as Executive Chef and Food Director at Celebration Senior Living in Sherman. His entrepreneurial journey led him to start Milano restaurants in Howe and Gunter, Magios restaurants in Celina, and the Grayson County College Culinary Institute. He has a proven track record of owning and managing several successful restaurants, showcasing his versatile expertise in the culinary world.

Reflecting on his time at Tribute Senior Living and what he enjoys about his role, Mike says,” I genuinely enjoy working with seniors. What I like the most about working for Tribute is our exceptional and supportive management.” Mike cherishes the camaraderie he shares with his colleagues – a team united by their passion for providing outstanding senior living experiences.
