We all know the importance of a healthy diet and exercise, especially when combating conditions such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Taking preventative, proactive steps to ensure a healthy mind and body are vital.

Unfortunately, taking these steps has become more challenging over the past months as restrictions and quarantine protocols have been enacted. While these protocols have been in place to keep everyone safe, it has also restricted access to resources and opportunities.

We hear you, and we’re here to help. Tribute is more than a senior living center; we’re a part of the community. We’re continually learning about new research and interventions, and we want to share them with you. That’s why we’re launching Fight Club, a virtual series to help you stay mentally, physically, and emotionally fit at home.

Fight Club’s video series will feature experts in aging, wellness, and memory care. You’ll learn how to approach wellness from the inside out, what you can do at home to optimize your mental and physical health, and how Tribute is incorporating this information to better serve our residents.

Fight Club is free to join, but for a limited time only! You’ll receive regular content focusing on exercise, nutrition, even brain training in the comfort of your own home.
