Shining a Spotlight on our Team: Rafiat Kazeem
This month, we proudly spotlight Rafiat Kazeem, a compassionate and dedicated nurse whose skill, empathy, and steady presence have made her an irreplaceable part of the Tribute Senior Living family.
Rafiat grew up in Nigeria and then moved to Mesquite, eventually settling in Princeton to find a new sense of community and provide a nurturing environment for her children. With 14 years of experience in Nursing, she brings a wealth of knowledge and heart to her role, approaching every day with a deep sense of purpose and a passion for supporting others.
Her favorite aspect of working in assisted living is the residents. Rafiat finds fulfillment in helping others, and she embraces the challenges that come with her role, knowing that each one offers meaningful rewards. Her quiet strength and unwavering dedication are felt throughout the community, making her a beloved figure among both residents and fellow team members.
When she’s not working, Rafiat treasures time with her family. Her weekends are often spent at her son’s soccer games or relaxing at home, simply enjoying the company of her children. Family is at the center of everything she does, and her strong sense of care extends beyond the workplace.
Rafiat also has a love for culture and entertainment, especially Korean dramas, which she enjoys watching in her downtime. She hopes to one day travel to Korea to immerse herself in the culture she’s grown so fond of. When it comes to food, Japanese fried rice tops her list of favorites—a comfort dish that reflects her adventurous and diverse tastes.
A loyal Nurse, a loving mother, and a valued team member, Rafiat exemplifies the heart of Tribute Senior Living. Her steady presence, kindness, and genuine care for others continue to make a lasting impression on everyone around her. We’re incredibly grateful to have her as part of our community.
