It Takes a TEAM to Care for Our Residents
Tribute Senior Living is dedicated to our mission of helping residents reduce the effects of aging and decline. And the reason we can accomplish this is due to the efforts of our dedicated specialty staff and our partners.
Our amazing TEAM ensures that we can provide the best care possible. We couldn’t function the way we do without them. This amazing group of people includes:

Tribute also counts on the support of our partners, who provide invaluable help to our ongoing efforts. These team partners provide medical services for our residents on a regular basis. This alleviates much stress and anxiety for the residents, as well as their families and our staff, by allowing residents to remain in the comfort of our community for care. Here are our team partners:
Ageility: Provides outpatient rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapies.
Elara Home Health: Provides home health support services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming for those needing temporary additional assistance.
Anchor of Hope Hospice and Envoy Hospice: Focus on the care, comfort, and quality of life of a person with a serious illness who is approaching the end of life while offering support to our community, the resident, and their families.
Elite Mobile Dental: Provides minor dental cleaning, hygiene, and troubleshooting for more chronic issues.
Advanced Foot and Ankle Podiatrist: Our visiting Podiatrist provides nail and foot care, which is especially important for residents with diabetes or who are sedentary.
Omni Care Pharmacy: Provides pre-packaged medications and delivers prescriptions directly to the Tribute nursing team.
Moments Music Therapy: Karen Sholander, MT-BC, provides this music therapy program that enhances quality of life, maintains or improves physical and cognitive functioning, and increases social connections in an enjoyable process.
Dr. Steven Bray and Baylor House Calls – Provide outpatient medical services.
24-hour Onsite Nursing
Our residents’ medical needs and emergencies are not limited to business hours, and that’s why we have a registered nurse in the community 24 hours a day. Each nurse is assisted by medication technicians who allow them to spend more time with our residents in other areas.
